Description of artwork

"Rainier Respite" features a beautiful northwest forest landscape with the majestic mountain peeking through the trees. A serene landscape portrays a majestic snow-capped mountain framed by lush green trees and a tranquil meadow in the foreground.

Sunlight filters through the leafy branches, casting dappled light on the grassy area. The sunlit rays bounce in areas of this northwest getaway. Mount Rainier is absolutely stunning, and this artwork captures a mood of serenity and escape with bright sunlit skies sure to brighten up the darkest of rooms. Priints are available with or without added scripture.

This 16 by 20-inch canvas was covered in assorted oils and blended to create a peaceful retreat, perhaps a quiet getaway in the Pacific Northwest Cascades.
